Three months, one-on-one with me. Weekly 90-minute calls. You, me, no team, no firm apparatus.

I work with you on the business strategy and your own leadership. The two aren't separate problems. Operator-founders hit walls that look strategic but aren't — they're personal. The nervous system, the patterns of self-leadership, the assumptions about what the business is even for. That's the load-bearing layer underneath every strategic decision.
