What a Full Stack Founder is.
Five layers run every business: positioning, offer, marketing, operations, and cashflow. Most operators own one or two. They rent the rest. To agencies. To freelancers. To whoever the inbox sold them that week.
A Full Stack Founder owns all five. Not by becoming a superhuman who does every job, and not by renting the jobs out. By owning an operator that does them: AI as the team, the brand strategist, the CMO, the CFO you could never afford, on staff and on call.
