- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message.
You choose what to send. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a contact message.
03 / INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps) to keep the site secure and running. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies and similar technologies and may collect your approximate location, device information, and on-site activity. See the next section for your choices.
04 / COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Cookies and analytics
- Essential: needed for the site to load and stay secure, set by our host, Cloudflare.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, used to measure traffic and improve the site.
Where the law requires it, for example for visitors in the EU, the UK, and similar regions, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
05 / HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
How we use your information
- To send you the newsletter and the emails you signed up for.
- To respond to your questions and inquiries.
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve the site.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
06 / OUR LEGAL BASES (EEA / UK)
Our legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for the newsletter and analytics cookies); our legitimate interests (running and securing the site, and responding to you); and our legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time, and doing so does not affect processing that already happened.
07 / WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed to do so:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, security, and server logs.
- Kit (ConvertKit): newsletter delivery and list management.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel): storing and managing contact-form inquiries.
- Resend: delivering your contact message to us by email.
- Google: Google Analytics, and Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve fonts.
- jsDelivr: an open-source content delivery network that serves a script library and receives your IP address.
- Skool: if you join the community, your membership is handled by Skool under its own policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
08 / DATA RETENTION
Data retention
We keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to each provider's standard periods.
09 / YOUR RIGHTS
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data (portability).
- Withdraw consent, including unsubscribing from email at any time using the link in every message.
California residents (CCPA and CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it (we do not sell or share it in that sense), and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
EEA and UK residents (GDPR): you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires.
