How I Use AI as a Living Framework Partner
Most people treat their ideas like holy scripture… etched in stone, never changing.
That used to be me too.
I’d spend months building a brilliant framework, only to watch it go stale the moment it “launched.”
Updating it felt like untangling Christmas lights in the dark. It drained my energy and momentum.
Then AI showed up, not to do my work for me, but to co-create with me.
So instead of just automating, I animate.
Your Frameworks Are Alive – Act Like It
Here’s what I see:
Your frameworks, your IP, your philosophy – they’re not static. They’re alive. They breathe when you breathe.
So treat them like living systems.
I see my frameworks, like the Financial Sovereignty Map or my TAP Framework — as living organisms that evolve as I do.
When I refine them, they refine me right back.
That’s sovereignty in motion.
Real-Time Refinement Beats Someday
Before AI, refining a big idea was painfully slow.
You’d test it with clients, drop it into a workshop, maybe mention it on a podcast. Wait for feedback.
Tweak one piece. Wait some more.
Months go by.
Now, I run raw ideas through ChatGPT before they go public.
It pokes holes, spotlights contradictions, and makes me clarify my thinking in real time.
By the time my clients see it, it’s already gone through a dozen micro-evolutions.
And I’m sharper because of it.
Keep Your Language Sovereign
Here’s something wild I’ve noticed:
ChatGPT will default to pop-psychology phrases and mainstream, disempowered language.
It’s actually good to see – because it mirrors how our culture tends to think.
When that shows up, I get to steer it. I course-correct, choose language that’s more aligned with the sovereignty I stand for, and keep my ideas from drifting back into the collective norm.
Plus, it holds up a mirror for me.
I see where my own language doesn’t yet line up with how I truly want to speak.
Over time, that gives me a smarter tongue and a sharper signal.
Use All Your Channels: Somatic to Semantic
One thing I know about myself: my body processes ideas faster than my fingers can type.
So when I have a big insight, I speak it first.
I’ll riff out loud, record a voice note, then run it through ChatGPT to organize that raw knowing into something clear and shareable.
This keeps my frameworks alive – in my breath, not just my head.
My Practical ‘Living Framework’ Workflow
Here’s how this looks in practice:
1️⃣ Recall: I ask AI to summarize what I’ve mapped out so far.
2️⃣ Rework: I adjust and expand it on a canvas or doc.
3️⃣ Ripple: I prompt AI to spot any ripple effects – “If I change this piece, what else needs updating?”
4️⃣ Refine: I sweep for tone and language, making sure it stays sovereign and aligned.
Simple. Fluid. Alive.
Bridge the Gaps
One thing AI is brilliant at: connecting the dots you feel but can’t yet articulate.
Breathwork, fascia, financial sovereignty – humans love to silo this stuff.
AI helps to weave it all together. It’s like having a cross-disciplinary sparring partner that never tires.
Authenticity? It’s Still on You.
Some worry that AI will dilute their voice.
Not if you show up first.
I never let AI start my ideas. I bring the vision, the edge, the lived experience.
AI helps me sharpen, shape, and test it – without dulling the blade.
That way my voice stays strong, and my frameworks stay alive.
The Future Is Even Wilder
Yes, ChatGPT has memory quirks.
Yes, it needs creative prompting.
But the future is coming fast, with better retention, deeper nuance, and more context.
When that hits, your frameworks won’t just be alive…
They’ll be symbiotic.
Animate or Automate? You Choose.
Look, you can keep your ideas frozen in time if you want.
Or you can breathe life into them every time you grow.
For me, AI isn’t a replacement for thinking.
It’s an amplifier.
That’s how I keep my ideas expanding.
If you’re sitting on a framework that’s gathering dust, maybe it’s time to animate it.
And if you want help seeing how, I’m here for that conversation.
