Why I Stopped Using Static Programs
I’ve been an athlete most of my life.
I’ve used spreadsheets, apps, human coaches.
And they all had one fatal flaw:
They weren’t with me.
They didn’t care if I’d only slept five hours.
Or if I was on a red-eye.
Or if my heel was flaring up from yesterday’s crawl circuit.
They just marched forward—regardless of how my body felt.

How I Use ChatGPT Instead
I told it my goals:

I structured the flow:
- Warm-up (10 min ELDOA + GPT-assisted prep)
- Mobility + Activation

- Cooldown + Recovery
Now, every morning is a conversation with my body.
